After working with different kind of companies, I started to ask myself on my next path.
I have worked with small companies that employs very vew people and have trouble paying their employees/ contractors. I have worked with medium-sized companies where they have everything in a 'just' level (aka marginal), which means they have money and they have market. I have worked with -so-called- startup companies in their early stage (from small to medium size), which they have proper funding etc and yet my work there was all over the place but going somewhere. I have worked with large companies, which puts their employees in a very specific task(s), which a kind of bored me because I was only allowed to do certain things and not anything beyond the job scope (i.e.: I was a technical person and yet I am not allowed to contribute in making sales lead after I managed to send the customer to the sales/ marketing team). Now I keep thinking, which one would I prefer? - Working with large company and make little contributions
- Working with small company and make lots of contributions
Working with large company and make large contributions or working with small company and make small contributions are not my options at the moment Based on the experience that I have been through and the enjoyments that has been done, I prefer the second option: working with small small company and make lost of contributions. So, here I am world, looking for that kind of opportunity to kick it going. I missed the adrenalin rush, I missed the chaos that happened during that stage, I missed the heated up discussion because every have great ideas for everyone, I missed the daily lives that is filled with both certainty and uncertainty whether yesterday's discussion will turned out good or not, I missed a lot of things that will be laughed about in the future when I flash back on what happened during that small stage of company, I missed all those that I will tell the next generations that "Hey, I have done that and so can you"
